Snow plow hit my mailbox. Just want to report it and let them know I can’t fix it right away. Can’t get an answer.

I live in Galveston but my mail carrier is through the Kokomo post office. I had my social security card delivered the wrong address, and my marriage certificate and passport also went missing. When contacting the post office, they have said NUMEROUS times it’s not their fault and they don’t deliver mail to the wrong addresses. They claim they send it back to the sender, yet tue social security office (3 months later) has never received it AND the post office claims they don’t have it. So somewhere my personal identity is out roaming for someone to grab onto! Next, I have had mail sent back to sender, even though the CORRECT address is on the envelop for my address. My mail carrier is very inconsistent with my mail, and drops off mail who Doesn’t even live here. You think the mail carrier would know who the people are that live at that address.. I would like to speak to someone about this matter and what can be done to fix it! You are there to deliver mail and give 100% each and every day, just like I do at my job. Mishandling personal mail is unacceptable!

Can you all answer your phone's, or return a phone call , i sent a package up there last week , you put it in the wrong mailbox Friday, i would appreciate if you would fix the big mess you made , if you can't read , then you don't need to be delivering the mail . You have to read the whole address not the first part of it cause you have mulitply homes with the same house numbers just different street names , so please read the whole address, this is not acceptable. Angery granny.

Failed to deliver a package yesterday because of "no safe spot to put it", yet they've been setting packages on my porch for years. Then today was a rescheduled delivery and, surprise, NOTHING! Let's not forget the worthless automated phone number that offers voice option for tracking number but wants you to type it in. (HINT USPS: if someone is finding their tracking number, chances are the phone screen is not in view!!)

You guys really need to work on your customer service skills. Every time I have ever entered, the customer service people are rude and disrespectful. Your delivery people lie and say our door to our apartment is inaccessible for an excuse to not have to deliver packages. We have two day shipping and your lazy delivery people make our two day turn into four day shipping. I personally believe you owe me for all the money I've used for two day shipping.

yesterday and again today the mail carrier drove the mail truck up on the curb to reach the mailbox without having to exit the truck. Resultant damage repair costs will be my unaffordable problem. Please request mail carriers to not drive up over the curb. My address is 721 n Waugh st.

August5, 2020. Again mail carrier drove up onto sidewalk. Both right side tires were on sidewalk. Driver was young male with dark hair. Mail run was about 7:45 p.m. Wish someone would correct his conduct.

I receive a disabled veteran widow check on the 1st of every month. It says right on it that it MUST be delivered on or before the 1st. I did not receive it yesterday and questioned a different mailman than we’ve ever had, and he basically blew me off. I was sure it would be here today, but it still did not come! I live on this, now what? Kokomo has the most poorly ran post office I’ve ever seen! I need my check, and I’m sure it was left on our street at someone else’s house, and will never see it!

I was supposed to receive 4 packages today but when tracking them it says that there wasn't access. The 4 packages should have been left on my porch just like every other time. They just didn't wanna get out and walk up to my house!

I have had problems with my mail delivery for over a year! Last spring & summer I complained at the front desk several times. Plus, I wrote a letter to the postmaster. Nothing helped! I gave up!! I found up I never have the same delivery person on a daily basis. My mail is never delivered at the same time! I never received my bill from Verizon or my 2019 auto registration which were mailed to me on Oct. 24th!! I know because I called both Verizon and Bureau of Motor Vehicles!!! Why can't the Post Office deliver my mail on a timely basis??? It does no good to call their facility because NO ONE ever answers!!!!

I was contacted by the kokomo post office that I some mail there from an old p.o. box I had. they wanted me to come in and get this mail. since I now live out of state I have tried repeatedly to call to have my mail sent to me. It is always busy which is wrong. No wonder the US Post office's our in trouble. No excuse for an telephone line to be busy that long. Put the phone back on the hook?

It would be a very smart idea if everyone could get ahold of this company by phone, so that we can rest and be assured that our mail is safe and secure. if I order something expensive, I don't want it to be late, or at the wrong address, and another thing I'm concerned about is the routes. My mail lady walks 5 blocks down, another 5 blocks across, and THEN reaches my door. Why do they have to do all of those houses first?

I watched my postman drop my package as he was starting to cross the street. Instead of picking it up he kicked the package all the way across the street. He had no idea what was in it nor did he seem to care. I am appalled at his lack of respect for my package I paid for.

I just received a notification from Amazon that the item I ordered that is to be delivered today cannot be because of a bad address. It is not a bad address as I have lived at the address since 1994. This is not the first time it has happened. I think that they are just lazy and don't want to get out of their truck to place it on my porch.

They cannot be reached by phone...however, I typically do not have a problem with this location until recently. They delivered my item to the wrong address. There's no excuse for that kind of service, especially when I entered my address correctly. It only takes this incident to happen once to make a customer sour.

It would be nice if the main post office branch in Kokomo could be reached by telephone. All I need to know is if I need to come pick up my package or are they going to deliver it as should be. The online tracking says it's in transit AND ready for pick up.??? At this time my only option seems to be to chase down the mail delivery truck to pick up my package. I've called 20 to 30 times and all I get is a busy signal.

The Kokomo Post Office has always performed above and beyond my expectations. I have sent many letters all of the United States to many friends. All of my letters and parcels sent internationally have always arrived at their destinations. I would trust the USPS with all of my letters and parcels. The mail carriers always arrive at the same time in my community and that makes it easy for me and my schedule, especially when I am expecting something important. Thanks Kokomo Post Office. ~~Lana

USPS is the worst possible choice to handle your packages. Use USPS if you want to rip your hair out of your head. FedEx or UPS i have had very few problems with and the problems were resolved quickly and easily. USPS on the other hand was absolutely terrible. Literally creating problems instead of solving them.
