Why am I not getting my mail? When I do get mail it's all past due bills!! Are mail carrier or post office going to pay are late bills? I am waiting for someone to sue the Post Office because of the messing mail and late payments on over due bills. Because they didn't want to deliver mail or do their job!

This location at Linwood has gone back and forth on when they might close--in August a clerk told a policeman who was at the counter they were closing all the post offices between Downtown and Cumberland in November 2022. Today someone told me it wasn't likely to happen until at least July 2023, and then, it's an "if then" situation. Be aware, because the PO is not posting anything about this.

We haven't been getting our mail each day for several weeks. I am waiting for a 1099 from my pension check. It was mailed out to me in January, and again in the middle of February. I am still waiting for it to come so I can do my taxes. We used to get mail every day, ads, magazines something. Now only mail 2-3 times a week. I can see out the window several houses and the church, no mail truck or mailman. Please check what has happened to my mail.

Curious as to why Black Friday ads dated Nov 25 were delivered yesterday~Dec. 1. Where are this week's ads?! Doesn't do much good to get Black Friday ads a week after it is over :(

This is one of my favorite Post offices in the city. Not only is it close to my job but the service is always amazing. Devonne makes sure that I get in and out as fast as possible and she does it with a smile.

I have dealt with this location for over 6 years and have had generally ok results. But service has gotten really poor over the course of the last several months, with employees becoming extremely rude with customers, and overall service declining at an amazing rate. Even now, I am pursuing a complaint with their supervisor over the behavior of a clerk that almost got violent when I went to pick up a package. They closed early due their system going down. And when customers lined up at the door and knocked, she came out ready for a fight. Deplorable, especially when you consider that she is a government employee!
