Who is running the show at USPS distribution Indianapolis? My package left Florida on Dec 9th and arrived at Indianapolis on Dec 11. (Final destination is Fort Wayne, IN) It left Indy 4 days later (15th) and went to Charleston WV????. It stayed in Charleston until the 17th and went to Cincinnati Ohio which then sent it back to Indianapolis???? Somebody needs to be fired!!!

THE NEW SORTING SYSTEM IS CAUSING MY PACKAGE TO BE DELAYED OR LOST YOU NEED TO FIX IT QUICKLY OR THE NEXT CALL WILL BE NEXT HIGHER UP FROM YOU. Your delay is messing with my money NOW FIX IT. In other words my package should not go to 3 post offices before it’s final stop.

Walkerton, Indiana location. Today I call our Post Office and spoke to the Post Master there. Found out she is very irate when you’re trying to find out answers to questions and statements. I contacted the office because I received a slip for (While You Were Out) . I asked why it was not delivered to the door for my signature. Her reply was it was and he was at the door for approximately two minutes per their tracker. I proceeded to explain that my mom is on Hospice and she sits in front of the front door and I sit across from her. We don’t leave the house because at the moment I have no car. My mom sits and looks out the front door every day and she lets me know when a vehicle shows up and delivers are made. Only people who showed up at our door today was Hospice Doctor and in the afternoon her nurse. I told her that I had worked at Walkerton Post Office under Post Master Linda Johnson. I told her that I didn’t understand why our deliveries don’t get to us. I explained that approximately a week ago my mother’s prescriptions were not delivered for close to a week or so (way too long) CVS is only 4 or 5 minutes away and they CVS claimed it was picked up and they didn’t know where the meds were, because my mom should have got it. That is another bigger story. Anyway I just wanted a explanation to these problems. Boy she went off and threw in something to the effect of “She can’t help if Linda Johnson was such a saint when she was there”. I tried to explain to her that CVS said the Post Office delivered the package at seven o’clock that night. Just wanted her to know that I didn’t believe CVS because the Post isn’t open that late, but before I could assure her the phone went dead! I called back and I said to her “you didn’t hang up on me did you”! Her come back was that she most certainly did and went off on me again and told me to call Post Office General if I was not happy with the Walkerton branch. I started to ask her why she was so upset, but she hung up on me again. I’m not very happy about the attitude and just wanted to report the incident. Perhaps Anger Management is in order. I’ve worked with the public my whole life from the age of sixteen and was taught never to go off on the public.

Horrible service. Terrible place it should be demolished. Errogant employees right alongside it.

Very poor service. I live on a street 46205 that only gets delivery 2 maybe 3 times a week. Weather is no exception due to the reason I also work in the weather year around no matter what....its very disappointing.

The customer service here was beyond fantastic. The woman who handles the passport processing was amazing, friendly, funny and fast. I couldn’t thank her enough after the horrible experience at the Bacon Street location. Worth driving out of the way.

Did not answer telephone. Went to voice mail that was full. Four calls made at around 4 PM on a Thursday. Inexcusable!
