I have a priority package that was expect in PA at the end of November 2020. It’s tracking stopped on 11/26 in Evansville. What is going on???? These are gifts ordered in plenty of time for USPS to deliver for Christmas!

I have 2 large boxes that seem to be stalled in Evansville. One was mailed on Nov 30th and one on Dec 11th. Both are large boxes about 14 x 14 x 12. No tracking since picked up in Lynnville. Did not want to give tracking no. But would like to be contacted.

I do not know who the carrier is. I live at 2019 Aces Lane in Evansville, IN. It is an apartment, and we have boxes. I received packages, and they were put in Box 1, 2P, with the key provided. The key does NOT work in that lock. Yesterday, I put the key in my box with a note that said the key did NOT work in the lock. Today, it appears he/she simply left the mail and not address the problem. My mail is trapped in that box, and as such, no one else can get a package, either. Please assist if you can.
