I am so disappointed in my mail service. I am handicapped and I am being forced to drive over 10 miles into town to get my mail.UPS, FED EX, PRIME and other carriers drive down my lane to deliver packages. To my front porch. What is wrong with the USPS? This is my extreme report of negligence.

Just wanted to say that I do appreciate the hard work of our postal workers in Monroe County! I'm a reseller on eBay & Poshmark, so I've sent & received hundreds of boxes & packages over the years, not to mention all the Christmas cards. Never one problem - you guys & gals are awesome!

The usps SUCKS! Bloomington has the most unrelieable,lazy,blockheaded service in the country.they cant seem to do anything right and its FRUSTRATING!

Called looking for chicks that got miss delivered. Talked to (Marsha) I think was her name. She was very rude. I told her I was just tracking them so I could pick them up. She just simply said you can track all packages at usps.com. I just replied, if that worked. Would I be calling? I work for the USPS and this is not how you talk to your customers! Shame on you! Needless to say, she was no help. And just told me they got miss delivered. I knew that! I want to pick them up. She said well looks like you will get them tomorrow. Have a nice day!

Terrible post office use anywhere but here! My package on priority 2-day shipping, was dropped off at this location. It’s now 10 days later can’t get in touch with ANYONE there, they have not even processed that my package arrived. It was a very expensive package from a good brand which would make sense as some irresponsible selfish postal worker likely stole it as nobody seems to know where is it but it was never scanned to leave the Bloomington address. I am so fed up with with USPS with their constant excuses and misconducts.

Standing outside saying good bye to my son. Had mail to go out so flag was up. Watched mail carrier come down around curve in road and then just turn around and drive away. I tried flagging her down but was ignored. Pls tell me who to complain to.

I sent my son a care package 10/6/20 it was supposed to be delivered to him by 10/9/20. I spent $15.05 for the postage and contents were approx. $35.00. The package was returned to sender 10/22/20. I do not know why. Someone wrote on the box “ (why) ..wtf “. I had a day off today and brought it to the Lombard, Il post office ( where I sent the package) they told me I have to contact Bloomington, IN post office. I’m disappointed and now the contents are not edible. Waste of $50. Wanted to surprise my son with some fall goodies as a college student, they look forward to their care packages. I hope I don’t get the run around trying to recoup the money I’m out.

I know the usps is going through a hard time but sometimes the little things matter. I live on Kirby Road. I have had to replace my mailbox 3 times in the last 2 years. I moved it back. The last several months I can tell when I have mail. The door, lid whatever is always left open. Today it was hit once again...not happy.

Awful experience with the postal service! I had 2-day Amazon Prime Delivery, had that order being delivered ASAP, but the USPS has marked that as being DELIVERED without even COMING TO ME OR LEAVING A NOTE TO RESCHEDULE DELIVERY! I WAS HOME ALL DAY, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. And my Amazon order is shown as delivered, ready for pick up in the Post Office, I even don't know what Post Office is holding that. I've called ph# 18002758777, waiting line was 50 min and was hung up without talking after waiting for one hour! Is that a new service for delivery, they just mark everything as being delivered and a customer must find WHAT POST OFFICE IS HOLDING THAT AND HAS TO GO TO PICK THAT UP? So instead of 2 days delivery, that has been a week of trying to find out where MY PACKAGE is. THE USPS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST.

I received a package in the mail today from Shutterfly that had pictures in it and the package was bent and forced into the mail box and now the pictures are bent and have dents in them. I order from Shutterfly all the time and most carriers bring it to my door if there is no room for it. Please watch what you are doing to things we order online because it could be something that we cherish as much as a picture of a deceased family member like my pictures.

I recently moved. I filled out the change of address form to have my mail forwarded. I received three pieces of mail the first week and none thereafter. I finally drove over to my old home and looked in the mailbox and ALL of my mail was in there, including tax documents that I had been waiting on. I had only been in my new home for a month so all of my mail should have been forwarded. Some of it was wet. I don't know who is in charge of this but this needs to be addressed.
