I called the post office in the 26th of December, 2018 inquiring about passport renewal. We have a daughter that recently turned 18 and asked what was required of us. we did everything to the specifications told to us by the employee named mike. We made appointments for all four of us for Thursday Dec,. 27th. Mike was angry and flustered and totally inconvenienced to help us. He proceeded to berate and argue with our family. Then a man named Brian interjected himself and was more rude that Mike. Mike had given me the wrong information, then was angry that I followed his instructions. I was also told his political opinions about the government shut down. can we gey a little more rude? I think not.

I just called the Wood Dale Post Office and spoke with Markus. This gentleman went above and beyond to help me with my problems and questions. We just moved our business from Addison to Wood Dale and mail has been slow. Markus took the time to check to see if there was any mail for us at the post office. Yes, it may be his job to do so, but he did it with jokes and kindness.  Thank-you Markus.
