This post office is unprofessional. I was in the post office because I had to send two items certified mail. It was 2pm. My bill was $10. The clerk did not have change for a $20 bill. This has happened to me before. At 2pm the clerk should have had change.

Mailed a card for $1.20 on 9/2 from Winfield, IL PO to Brentwood, TN as of today, 1/26, 144 days later not yet delivered. Mailed a card for $1.30 from Winfield, IL PO for $1.30 to Greenfield, OH on 1/5, 21 days later not delivered. What are the chances either of these will be delivered?

Our Winfield, Il post office went from super good to the worst! Mailed 2 first class packages (under 2 pounds) last Wednesday to Palos Park, Il and Belvidere, Il - they were to arrive by Saturday. USPS sends me an e mail today that they arrived at the Chicago Distribution Center - but USPS sent me emails stating they were out for delivery on Saturday. They are completely crazy!!

I tried to use this site to find my 9 digit zip code. It was not helpful. I live at 27W228 Pin Oak Court in Winfield. What is the 9 digit code?
