Not only did this facility lose my passport.. after months of waiting I finally received it after coming back from my honeymoon after getting my name changed I filed for a new passport because of the new name change the lady that assisted me said she thought she had everything correct literally three weeks later I get everything returned back in the mail to me only to find they didn’t submit a corrected form so now I have to pay for postage again fill out this paperwork and re-send it in .. absolutely ridiculous these people need to go back through training and there’s a part the post office has to fill out and I work Monday -Friday I have no opportunity to take this firm in and not miss work... I’m livid..absolutely unacceptable

I still have not received my package. It was delivered to the post office in Blanco on 12-14-2017. They told me they sent it back to Austin. I had put in the wrong zip code 78606 but zip code but now is 79530 in Lawn, TX. Sorry. Could someone help me with this situation please.
