I have a lot of respect to mai carriers and aware of that its a dedicated and tireless job. We have spend nearly $3000.00 to fix up our front landscape. Yet, the mail carrier was taking shortcuts by walking across the ground cover and budding plants. I have put up a sign to remind. What more can I ask not to take the short cut. It’s only a ten feet difference to walk around.
Not sure if this is specific to this location, Illinois or all USPS locations in general but this location for sure does not adhere to the current CDC mask requirement standards/guidelines. To be specific, you are required to wear a mask no matter what. They will confront you about it and make an already unpleasant visit to this location, even more miserable. The attitude by the employees at this location is, they are doing you a huge favor so don't give them any crap and don't you dare think they are performing a service that you are paying for. They will tell you exactly how you need to tow the line.
I have never complained in the last 25 years that I have lived on Orchard Ct in Roselle ! However, this has to stop! No one on our court gets the correct mail ! We are all constantly going around and putting in correct mail boxes. Please talk to your employees and ask them to look at the mail more closely. This is happening every single day the last few weeks !!!!!!
We have missed delivery too many times. Twice in the last two weeks the Roselle P O has not delivered mail. Very inconsistent. Last night we put out garbage at 7pm and there still was no mail. This is the second time I have complained in the last year.
We recently have new mail carriers. Before our mail was delivered
early. Now mail is delivered late.
The real problem is that bills that I have mailed out are getting
'lost'. Our phone was shut off! They say that they did not receive
our check. My health insurance company did not receive my payment.
Big problem. My husband and I are both disabled and are senior
Delivery is awful. Delivery people are always on phone. We get someone else mail every week. Makes me wonder who is getting my mail. At least once a month, delivery person does not deliver my mail to me but leaves it all in my neighbors mailbox and my neighbor the. Delivers mail to me. Worst postal employees ever.
There are a couple African American women who work here and are the RUDEST customer service agents I have EVER encountered. Everytime I'm there, I never get a greeting, smile, thank you, nothing. They act like you're bothering them and wasting their time.
Why does it matter that the employees were “African American?” Why not say the two women behind the counter? Perpetuating the angry black woman sterotype is not only incorrect, but rude. I get people being upset with the post office, but for those who didn’t know the 4 digit code after your zip in Roselle, it’s 2259. Use it, amd the mail should find itself where it belongs. I’m addressing a few issues I’ve read here, and I’m not thrilled with my mail winding up,in Schaumburg, but since I’ve learn to use the 4 digit code, it’s been fine. In regard to employees, please refrain from using descriptive language. If you have an issue, go to the post office, ask for the post master, and file a complaint.

Roselle Post Office is terrible. Signed up to forward mail and it only
lasted one day. Tried to call the post office and no one answers the
phone. Called the 1-800 number and was told there would be an hour
wait. No wonder the post office is going down the tubes......
The Postal worker delivering to the Trails subdivision is always on the phone talking loudly non-stop. I wouldn't care about this but there seems to be more and more mis-delivered mail to my home and I have missed getting some bills.
Package delivered at front door 2/2/16, did not ring doorbell so package was left in the pouring rain day & night until I saw it the next morning 2/3. Package contains printer ink; I hope it's not ruined. Isn't the delivery person supposed to ring doorbell? Incidentally, the box could have fit in my mailbox.
This is the worst post office ever. They lost my package, never get info that they tried to deliver it. Found out two weeks later using tracking number. They said that the package should be at their location, but is not. And supervisor was to busy talk to me, no explanation.
This is the third time I have problem in last 3 months about my mails. I get my mails/packages from Schaumburg every other week from my accountant, first time it was delivered after 1 week, I saw the date on the mail when Schaumburg mailed from their location. Second time I got mail after 7 working days & when I received there was some comments on the mail & that was "Please return to mailman not belong to us" that means it was delivered to some where else. And now again I am waiting for my mail for last 8 working days & its 4:00pm now so its 9 days. I called my accountant this time also and he said it was picked from their office on 06-23-2014 and today is 07-01-2014. Totally disappointed. No I have no choice to go to my accountant office personally to pick the mail every other week. I don't know what else I can do.
No delivery, lost mail, lost packages, mail left on the stoop, on the walk and in my bushes. This branch of the USP has truly gone into the toilet. What the f? Now they claim to have delivered an envelope from my accountant containing all of our tax information. No, it never came. What am I supposed to do?
Harry the supervisor at the Post Office is the poster child for indifferent, rude, lacking customer services skills postal employee! He sucks at problem-solving, as much as the carriers suck at delivering mail to the correct address!!!!!!!! Little wonder that people have turned their back on a "service" that no longer works for most people!
I haven't received mail since Saturday! I've have multiple things that said they'd be delivered this week, including netflix!!! I'm really frustrated! I'm paying for a service that's not being delivered timely! I understood there were weather implications last week, what happened this week!?
