Our mail used to be in our box near after work/dinner time. It is 9pm and we have not received our mail for the day. There is an outgoing letter that is still in the box. We have informed delivery showing mail, and we didn't receive any yesterday or today. This is Romeoville. What is going on?

My mom’s mail carrier offered her this same deal. Seems like they are selling stolen stamps. P.o. doesn’t discount stamps.

Our carrier recently got our route in Homer Glen because our carrier retired. 2 weeks ago I had to chase him down the block to give him an outgoing letter that I left in our box that he did not take. Last week he misdelivered a flat to our house so I put it in the box along with 2 other letters for him to take. For 3 days that mail sat in my box until I finally put a note on the outside of it asking him to take them. Our mailbox is brick so it doesn't have a flag but for the last 20 years we have not had a problem. Can someone please ask him to look inside the boxes before he puts mail in them?

The lady at this post office is so terrible. She is short, African American, with PINK hair. Today she refused to wait on people who werent wearing a mask, Your door says RECOMMENDED not a law. Not to mention every time we go in there she is NASTY to us and people in front of me. Her attitude is disgusting. I will not be going back as long as she is employed there. She does not wear a name tag but I am willing to bet that she does not wear it because of complaints and I am sure this is not the first complaint you have received.

Hi Good afternoon. We just moved here in Romeoville couple weeks ago originally we're from Bolingbrook. We stopped by today ( me, husband and my 2kids) to apply for our kids expired passport. Sadly to say that your employee VERONICA and the other colored woman are so RUDE , SARCASTIC and have an ATTITUDE PROBLEM. People goes to post office to be helped and guided towards their need, and that's what customer service is all about. We may look Asian or Mexican to them but that is not the issue here. Their job and responsibilities are towards helping people. When we were inquiring about corrections on the passport form, it seems like we we're bothering them . There's nobody in line but us, a simple question was asked but they are rude about answering it. All they do in there was talking, and we need help to finish the application. They also gave us a look that maybe they think we are stupid. It's just a shame that we have to encounter this kind of people to the new town we just moved into. We are not going back to that post office anymore and we would rather go somewhere else. WHAT A SHAME!!!!

I agree with ignorant. All you needed to do was to describe the behavior, but to point out ‘colored’ is racist.

They delivered my package but empty . The cut on the bag was too perfect to have gotten caught on something. So in my eyes they stole my clothing I ordered.

I'm annoyed with Our mail carrier because she doesn't stop on Saturday or Friday because the garbage cans are like close to the mail box or because some of the neighbors parked cars by my mail box sometimes I wait by the mail box so she can give me my mail and she totally ignores me 😡 Our old mail carrier was nice we had her since our subdivision was build but since 2 yrs ago this new mail carrier is doing that , she doesn't have time to stop by but to cheat chat w one of my neighbors for almost 35 min she is there laughing and chatting

I am pretty annoyed with our mail carrier. Most Wednesdays we do not get mail. I watch her pass right by our mailbox in her mail car. Yes, it is our garbage days. However, we make sure our cans are not in the way of the mailbox. If the garbage man puts it back too close to our mailbox that is not our fault, yet we will then get skipped on delivery. I have been waiting for some important mail that I was hoping would come today but now I have to wait until tomorrow to see if it will get delivered. I realize they have a large load of mail to deliver and cannot get out and hand deliver everyones mail, but she couldve pulled up, put the mail in the box then backed up and continued on. I dont get to skip on parts of my job just because it might be inconvenient to me.

The employees at this post office are very rude and unprofessional. I can not believe there is no one supervising these employees. It is beyond ridiculous how rude the lady named Veronica is. No one should have to deal with these employees who clearly do not care about their job. I have never been treated so horribly.

The postmaster here is a piece of shit who does not seem to care about losing business. I tried to inquire to the Lockport post office as to why my business bulk mailers took so long to get out. I was told by the Lockport supervisor, Mary or Michelle I think, a very kind lady that said they were trying to do their best, but Romeoville routinely does not send enough clerks to get to the lower class mail. She looked exhausted and everyone was hustling, so I gave her benefit of the doubt. Ok, so I go to Romeoville to inquire further, since it is the main office for both cities. You can see a little bit into the back standing at the right lookin in at an angle, and I see people working, but it seems they are chattin and not in any super hurry (not that I care, I don't think anyone should be worked to death) rvor Carol I ultimatley talk to told me the mailers were being sent out as scheduled. I disagreed since some of my preferred customers told me that they had not been received. She had a long speech about how her Lockport staff were making excuses and had enough people and were just lazy(not her exact words, but it was what she was implying), which I thought to myself "that's leadership, throwing your people under the bus", but hey what do I know, I just have an MBA. Finally, the postmaster Keith sides with the supervisor, without offering any fix. So in summarry, I go to Lockport where I see people running around hussling nonstop, who are "making excuses and being lazy" while these troll looking assholes are dragging their feet looking up my account and every little step as slow as they can be. I remember when Mr. Kronberg was postmaster, things seemed better, I guess I will be moving toward Search engine marketing. Apparently my business is not valued, and it would be cheaper for me to make the switch. I advise any business to re assess their marketing efforts. We cannot rely on a Romeoville office that treats half of their geographic area like this. That is half of my busines area. When you treat half of your workers like this, they do not market my business as well as they could. An utter failure at the leadership level.

This is the worse post office ever. I was sitting in my living room chit chatting with an old friend yesterday. We were looking out the window and noticed the mail carrier pulled up to my mail box. Because a car was parked there the mail carrier couldnt quite reach my mail box with her arms. Instead of getting out of her vehicle. She threw my handful of mail in the back of her truck and drove off. She never delivered my mail for the day. This is completely unacceptable. I tried calling to complain but I was put on hold for a long time twice. No one at that locations cares about customer service or about delivering the mail.

The Romeoville post office has terrible customer service,
and I always have an uneasy feeling when I need to go there. Most of the front
desk employees need to be retrained. They are rude, intolerant to people whose
native language is not English, or to older and confused customers. They are
not efficient and discuss personal issues in front of customers.

Stamps are for postage. If you wanted specific stamps then you should have requested them. Some seniors actually like hot rods. If you feel that these were an affront to you please think about taking your business elsewhere. I am a retired postal worker and have no problems with using stamps for their intended purpose. If you want decoration buy stickers.

This is the worst post office. I went there to pickup a piece of mail that I had to sign for. There was only one man behind the counter and 8 people in line. About 10 minutes past and a lady comes out to help and ask the guy that was up there why he didn't call for help. His reaction was I don't call that you all need to come up and check if I need help. I was so mad that this guy didn't call for help and then he told his coworker that he doesn't call for help If this was me or any other company we would have been fired or written up. This postal worker needs some customer service training. But, you know I think that all of the Romeoville postal workers that work at the desk needs to go to training. And they need to communicate with each other. This post office has got issues with their employees. Thanks
