I find it very frustrating that I pay to get mail delivered to my apt. Here in riverton but yet any packages I get they won’t deliver cause they won’t fit why can’t you bring them up to my door. Now I have no car and no way to get my items that I bought. Great job post office. All I get told from the people at the post office is oh well. His exact words.

I don't know why my packages keep coming up missing after being delivered here. 4th time now. Something is going on and it has cost me twice where the package never was found after delivered to your facility. Twice I couldn't process a return or refund. So twice I lost out completely on the transaction. I'm nervous to see how this time goes. Was delivered Tuesday. Today is Monday. They still don't know where package is at. Tracking proves it was delivered to facility.

Bob always goes up & beyond with all customers. He is always smiling and very professional. He knows his customers and cares about each of them. He has carried big boxes out for me without me even asking. Bob should have been the POST MASTER.
