Very nasty attitudes. Package 3 days late then talk aggressively or talk over you when you express your concern about your shipment. Absolutely terrible

I am waiting on a shipment and the tracker stated it arrived at the riverdale post office at 6:04am on feb 22, 2021. My package was scheduled to be delivered on Monday Feb 22, 2021 but the tracker stated it would arrive late and is in transit from another facility. How is it going to another facility if i live less than a mile from the post office in Riverdale. Was my package lost at the post office? Why cant they find my package? CONFUSED

Frustrated Feline
Recently,
I have become so frustrated with the service at the Riverdale, Illinois Postal Services.
My packages are extremely being late or never received.
But, I try to keep an open mind due to the weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
This has caused delays in presenting gifts to family members on time.

This post office is pathetic, they are lazy and I haven’t gotten my packages all week. This is out of control & I’m sick of it. What the hell is so hard about doing your damn jobs. Just a bunch of lazy meds getting good state money who don’t deserve it.

My package is late 3 days I never get my mail sometimes you guys deliver it 8 or 9 clock when u feel like I’m tired the service on the phone no one would connect to me agent I was on 45 minutes no one still help

June 26, 2020 at 2:00pm i came out of my Apartments on my way to work and physically seen the black female postal carrier walking westbound on 123rd Street coming towards my building so I waited before getting into my car to see if she is going to deliver my package that I'm waiting for but she kept walking pass Bishop Street at the intersection 123rd Street and Bishop also she didn't stop at the property managers office either, so after I seen that she didn't stop in my mailbox or the property managers office I got into my car and proceeded to work after arriving at work at 3 p.m. later on that evening I decided to check my eBay app and it told me that my package was delivered at my mailbox at 2:01 p.m. so when I got off work later on that evening at 11 p.m. I decided to check my mailbox and when I opened it there was no package inside so I waited until Monday June 29, 2020 and called the Riverdale post office about this whole incident and the only person I reached out to help me was my former mail carrier who recently got promoted to Supervisor name Natalie after two days I was trying to help me she informed me that there's nothing else she can do I would have to take matters into my own hands after that point so the next thing I did was contact Consumer Affairs they blew me off and kept playing games then I had to call Consumer Affairs advocate they took my complaint into consideration and will supposed to mail me a claims form but I never received it, then on July 9th I received a phone call from someone named Thomas who's in charge of the Riverdale post office telling me to file a claim and I'm still finding it very difficult right now today because no one in the postal Service will give me a claims form and I was told by numerous agencies within the Postal Service that once they scan your package is being delivered even though I visually seen the young lady not give me a thing I'm pretty much just left out with no type of financial compensation for my loss and I'm still trying every week constantly trying to get my money back for what they did to me

SINCE OCT 2019 THESE FED WORKERS EXPOSES MY MAIL TO THE STREETS OF CHICAGO WITH NO STOPPING . AFTER SEVERAL HOLD SEVERAL CHANGE OF ADDRESS.
IM GETTING DEATH THREATS NOW AND STALKING AT NEW ADDRESS. RECENT MANAGERS ASKED ME TO COME BACK TO THE OFFICE IN MAY 2020 DURING COVID 19 QUARANTINE .

Ordered 2 packages that were Guaranteed to be delivered on 12/30/19. I also recieved an email from the USPS stating that these 2 packages along with 5 pieces of other mail were to be delivered to my home on 12/30/19 but my mail carrier never deliver any mail 2 my home. Then to have the audacity 2 lie and scanned my mail and packages at 7:55pm and state that they were all put in my mailbox. I dont know what kind of fraudulent mess this carrier is on but they did not deliver ANY mail to my home at all. I have a security camera that views my mailbox and it never showed the mail carrier coming to my home or delivering mail on 12/30/19. I hope my mail isnt at their house or in their car or something but I will be filing a complaint with the Post Master!!

just like all the other reviews they LIED and said my package was delivered and it wasnt. then I called and the said she put it in my mailbox and she didnt.

They did not ring bell nor did they leave packages but text msg says delivery was attempted.
There was no attempt
made to deliver from USPS
