This post office has the most unfriendly and unprofessional people working there. Never a smile and it pains them to answer a question. Extremely slow for such a small post office. It’s like you are bothering them to wait on you.

I had a VERY unpleasant encounter with the young African American male at the counter today (March 21, 2017) at 1:20 PM. I handed him an envelope with a label on it and stated I needed it sent as soon as possible. His first action was to rip the label off of the envelope and said, "First of all, this label does not go on this envelope" and threw the label in the trash! I told him I needed that label back as it had the address on it I needed. He then tossed a new label for me to fill out. I told him to cut the attitude with me and he then told me to leave. He has a very bad attitude and seems to have a problem helping people out. I took the envelope to the Ludlow Post Office.

I am not happy with the level of customer service at this post office. The young man at this location is so rude that I now dread going in there. At first I thought he was just having a bad day but each time I go in there to do business, he has a very bad attitude and he is rude and short to customers. I'm not sure if he has a problem with women or just seniors. He is very disrespectful! Needs to be retrained how to deal with customers in a more cordial way. I will never let him serve me again
