I filled out a change of address card for forwarding my mail starting October 1st, 2020. My old address was 1212 Klonduje Road, Quncy, IL 62305. My new address is 2217 Rainbow Lane, Quincy, IL. 62305-6599. To- date, I have received three pieces of mail with the forwarding sticker on them. I am still getting mail at my old address. I am the treasurer if my church and I have not gotten a lot of the bills that I need to pay this month. This has been very disturbing to me. Also I have bills I have nit received. What in the world is the matter with your postal system. What do I bed tondo to get my mail? This is my second notice with no response from you guys at all!

I have already changed my address at the post office but accidentally signed up for change my postal address.com and moving help assistants which apparently are ads on this site I have emailed moving help assistants for a refund however cant find any way to get a hold of the changemypostaladdress.com company The email does not work and the address is foreign. Please help. If I do not find help, I am going to report to the BBB and get the proper authorities involved including the FCC and FTC. Thank you.
