I wish they would bring Cathy Warren back, this new guy has been here for awhile now and has made it hell trying to get my mail. I usually just come in and ask for my P.O. Box, I’ve had the same P.O. Box for 7 years and for the first time I was asked for my ID and after looking at my ID he didn’t even check the P.O. list so it was like he was just doing it to make me go out to my car for no reason because he’s never asked for it before. He’s also been scribbling on our mail because some legal mail won’t put a P.O. Box on it they want to send to physical address. He’s also instead of just handing me my mail tried arguing with me blaming me for them not putting a P.O. Box on it.
