Good morning Melissa, Any update on the package that has been sitting at the Bedford Park Distribution Center for the past three days? The package has numerous documents with personal information inside (my and Sarah's Social Security numbers etc), among other media items that are irreplaceable. Again, the tracking number for the package is 9649 0134 4424 3317 2332 81. I tried to google their phone number to get to the bottom of this issue but the number provided is not accurate. Only the USPS Customer Support number that is useless. Do you know what number I can use so hopefully they will be aware of the importance of it being forwarded to my address immediately (602 E Church St, Minooka IL 60447)? Please respond back so together we can solve this problem. Thank you, Eric and Sarah Davisson. Eric Davisson

Our normal driver is absolutely amazing! Most polite person ever. Unfortunately when we don't have him people constantly get wrong mail and my landscaping has been hit multiple times. When you call and complain it's my fault that the drivers can't stay on the road and it's my fault that I have landscaping around the mailbox. So tired of this bs and the fact they don't want to take responsibility for their terrible drivers. Amazing that our normal driver never has an issue not hitting the landscaping.

It must be Saturday! Do you know how I know that? My mailbox is left wide open. I live on Hickory Lane in River Knoll subdivision. This happens EVERY Saturday, and ONLY on Saturdays. It is raining today, so my mail is damp, and if I receive a small package, it will be visible to the world. Please tell your Saturday mail person to check to make sure the box is shut all the way before driving away. The weekday drivers can do it, so with a little effort, I'm sure the Saturday driver can too.

Stopped in to pick up a package that was due to be delivered the next day. I had a tracking number and knew that it had arrived at the post office at 1:52 PM. I stopped at 4:30 PM. The minute I walked in the door I could see the two lazy people behind the counter weren't being helpful at all to anyone in there. When I asked about my package all I got was a big sigh and "we haven't had time to sort anything. Somebody called off and we're busy". Everybody is busy, it's called work. That's why you get PAID to do it.

I am concerned about the mail delivery in my neighborhood. I live on Willow Ln. in River Knoll Subdivision. For at least the last month the mail has been delivered anytime between 3 pm to 8 pm or not at all. Frequently I have received my neighbor’s mail and packages and they have received mine. In every case the name and address was clearly marked. This is absolutely not acceptable service. Please check into this problem and find a resolution as soon as possible.

It's amazing all of my neighbors have got together to accommodate our carrier in Minooka to make sure no cars are with in 3-4 ft so she will deliver our mail. We have all seen her just look over and drive by. You don't receive your mail for 7-10 after post marked with date from right here in Minooka. We have to pay a lot to live in this area and pay special assement to live here but we can't control the amount of cars that people have. We do everything we possibly can to make sure you have clear path to our mail boxes. But you don't even try. Well let me explain something mail lady, some things we are expecting are critical for someone that has major medical problems. Then we find letters that you put in wrong mailboxes. And our neighbors walk around giving it to right person. When the man delivers the mail he pulls as close to box as possible and uses his two good legs to walk over and put mail in our box. He doesn't hold our mail for sometimes 10 days. I will start with this, and then I'm going to contact my attorney next time. You almost caused my wife to not get very critical info for medicines that are desperately needed. I am also going to put video camera in my window pointing at our mail boxes to prove my point. Pls use your legs and walk 3ft to give us the service our taxes pay for. If you can't please let our local office know they need to find someone who can. Intentionally holding our mail will not be tolerated any longer. Pls help us tax payers out!!!!!
