Midlothian post office is complete garbage!!!! The messed up 3 times this year with sending out my payments. Whoever picks up in front of village hall from the drop box shouldn't have a job! Great job government employee, Proving all my beliefs to be true

We are tired of that whats going on in Crestwood IL our stuff constantly get stolen from the mail boxes ,any of the package if is left in the mail box would be stolen .And this is going on true the whole neighborhood the police do not do nothing about that issue we understand that it is too small of a crime but everything starts with small crime. And what a lazy postman become to even deliver small packages true the business doors ..We have business in Crestwood for over 10 years when the old postman was delivering packages it was no problems but about two years ago it started ,New postwoman started deliver the mail and problems started she is too lazy to pick her butt from the driver seat and careless about her job .And is no pandemic or covid or the unrest citizens is nothing change with mail just person who supos to be love the job but not just come in in collect the pay check .Can the postmaster talk to the employs to explain that expensive stuff there carry and it is a lots off unhappy customers with her work thank you and hoping for a change

If these comments are not read by postal employees, what is the point? Who IS reading them besides other customers who have had delivery problems? How does that help improve delivery/service to the customer?

Got a note on a piece of mail that said "lockbox mail hold" and I cant figure out why. The mailbox was empty, its not as if the post man couldnt put anything more in it. This is a huge inconvenience for me.

I always know when our everyday mailman has taken the day off or on vacation because we get no mail. I receive the USPS Informed Delivery email so I can see what mail is coming. Yesterday there was important mail but no mail delivered to our house. WHY??????? The mail truck came down our street and dropped off magazines at the neighbors house and drove off. Magazines are more important than letter envelopes????? Please do not use Covid as an excuse. Heard too much of that reason at the post office.

Please, Please, Please, get all my mail in my mail box and close the lid completely when it is raining or expected to rain. My magazines that I pay for get ruined when they get wet, which happened today 8/21/2018 to my Mopar magazine. I could care less about junk mail, but items addressed directly to me (not postal customer) are very important. Thank you

today i went in for just an envelope and stamp, there was a few people ahead of me. & was noticing how nice these two ladies at the counter were . nothing but smiles and trying to help the people as much as they can. once i was next SANDI gave me my envelope and once again very polite and nice and helpful. i just moved in to midlothian so knowing their is still great people everywhere is such a great feeling. thanks for the great experience.

This is the worst postal service I've ever had. I've lived in 5 different towns & never had any postal issues. I live in Midlothian & I've had the worst service in the world. The courier manger doesn't do her job cuz the postal women that fills in on my regular guys day off is horrible. She only delivers mail when she feels like it & when I have packages she throws them down on the ground instead of setting them down cuz I have a long driveway she that she has to walk up. So tired of all the Midlothian mail service. They believe they can deliver mail when they feel like it. So not right. You say something & they just ignore the issues.

Absolutely the most incompetent postal employees I have ever dealt with. They absolutely don't care. They have no respect for their customer's property. Instead of parking in the drive way to deliver a package they drive over your lawn with no regard to any damage they may cause and feel insulted when called out on it. I have lived at the same address for the last 10 years and the past 6 months of postal service has been the absolute worst I have encountered. They can put the mail in the mail box correctly nor can they stop and start delivery on the dates requested. USPS higher level management and customer service complaints are no different. They don't address the complaint nor care to respond. Their attitude is they get paid regardless of whether they do their job or not. The best thing that could happen would be to abolish the current postal service and contract it out.

Kay at midlothian post office was super rude when we called to inform them that our mail was sent back and we wanted to make sure it was being sent to our condo. She threatened us with sending all or future mail back if we fail to empty our box in time and told me we aren't responsible. I'm on best rest and don't appreciate being spoken to in that manner and would like to file a complaint

Not exactly the most helpful service, at least not by the older lady working there, but the line tends to move quickly at least.
