I am sitting here holding three printouts for packages that I have coming to me. ALL THREE say the same thing "Delivery Date Unknown". Tracking shows that one has been sitting at the Post Office for the last two days. It got there at 6:04 AM two days ago. The second was sent Priority Mail and was due to arrive on 12/23/ It still hasn't made it to the sort center in Champaign. The third has medical testing supplies. It shows that the USPS does NOT have it even though it has mailed on 12/12 and was last reported on on 12/17. This happens all of the time. I'm sick of it.

I have a package that says not delivered due to adverse weather delay on Saturday. It was a perfect sunny day. Basically if they don’t want to walk up the driveway that day they don’t deliver it. it’s getting very frustrating.

I am writing to commend one of your postal servers in Mattoon Il. I have been off work close to six weeks due to an injury, I've been waiting on a check from Workmen's Comp. and was told it would be here today .(Saturday ) I knew the mail would not arrive until after 12 noon so I called the post office to explain my situation and that I would like to have the check in the bank before they closed at noon. The gentleman told me he would look into it personally And would deliver it to my home within 15 minutes. Unfortunately there was not a check, however he did take the time to hand-deliver a magazine and said to me " i'm sorry this is all there was. I looked twice. " his actions really helped restore my faith in humankind. Very fine young man you have working for the Mattoon branch. I did get a first name which was Shain. Thank you and God Bless. Ruth Eaton
