I just called the Bradley Road post office and asked if I could pick up my mail which had been held during my vacation the last three weeks. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and told me I was "too late" to pick up the mail (at 9:30 in the morning). He then said, "you can either have it delivered today to you or you can pick it up tomorrow" and then hung up on me. Unbelievably poor experience and shameful that he is working at the Post Office.
