The condition of the US and POW Flags above the Jacksonville USPS are absolutely abysmal. Being a Veteran the pride our government agencies display in their facilities and with the American Flag are very important. The Falg above your location is beyond its life and must be replaced and retired appropriately and immediately. Should you need assistance please respond to this address and I will gladly do this for you. HAVE SOME PRIDE!!

It’s a Monday once again, and once again my daily newspaper hasn’t been delivered by my rural mail carrier. And, once again, in my mail box is a letter for Shirley Hicks. My address is 102 West Point Drive, Jacksonville, Illinois 62659. Ms. Hicks address is 102 West Point Drive North, Jacksonville, Illinois 62650. Now, I don’t know, but I’ll bet today our mail was delivered by a substitute mail carrier. And, I’ll also bet that substitute is the same one who on numerous occasions has failed to deliver my newspaper, and has also left in my mail box mail for other addresses on this route. I’ve in the past noted this problem with the Jacksonville, Illinois postmaster. He acknowledged the problem, and told me the problem would be resolved one way or another. That hasn’t happened. What can I do to help the USPS fix it’s problem?
