Made the required appt for a passport at 11am, showed up the requisite 15 mins before required to wait in line only to find that the 10:30 and 10:45 appt had not yet been seen. Given that the first appt is only at 10am, I am struggling to understand why they are already 30-45 minutes behind. The office had three counter staff working and the line was not that busy. How can it be so hard to stay on schedule for a service you gotta both schedule and pay for. Absolutely ridiculous!

No mail delivery today. One hour hold time for call into Highland Park Illinois Post office on Central. Was there mail today?

How can a small post office make so many mistakes? The latest is despite paying a high price for premium forwarding, I received a huge packet with someone else's mail at my Arizona forwarding address! I also get only a busy signal when trying tor each the Highland Park postal station to discuss rectifying this error and finding my own mail!!!!

We have had other people's mail put in our box more then once , this last time there were 4 pieces that did not belong to us and it belonged to address behind us that has same numerical number but different street name, I put that mail back in mailbox with the flag up so postman would know to take it but all they did was put the new mail on top of the wrong mail didn't put flag down and left. Highland park post office is very unprofessional.
