My package has arrived at your Harwood Heights Post Office on 02/22/2023. It is now several days late to be delivered. What is the status. This is a very important package and it needs to be delivered to that address please

Tracking # for my package is EI 237 561 295 US. I USPS overnighted this package on January 24 for delivery to 5505 North Cumberland Avenue, Suite 307, Chicago, IL 60656.
My USPS tracking says Alert (in red) Awaiting delivery scan. My package has arrived at your Harwood Heights Post Office. It is now several days late to be delivered. What is the status. my experience today with the postal worker was horrible!!!! The lady from the front desk was the rudest and sour person I ever met.
OMG!!! She pissed me off I could not calm down until now. Of course, I did everything wrong and she gave me lessons and treated me very badly. When I tried to say something, she interrupted me and threatened that she wouldn't serve me. How can such rude people work in the post office? I will ask that someone finally teach this lady a lesson because this is not the first time!!!!!

I was there today 9/23/2021, for 30+ minutes, while the only postal agent was taking passport appointments and handling mail customers. While waiting I couldn't help but notice how rude, insensitive, and condescending this postal worker was to EVERYONE who stepped in front of her, after waiting for an unacceptable amount of time in line because, again, THE ONLY POSTAL PERSON WORKING THIS LINE WAS THE RUDE LADY THAT WAS ALSO HANDLING MULTIPLE PASSPORT APPOINTMENTS. How this is acceptable I truly do not understand.

I was there today to apply for a passport. The most rude and sour person I ever meet was the lady from front desk. Argue with everyone, trying to teach you how to mail your own letter, careless and very insensitive person. Why do they work in customer service if they hate people??? Did anybody see all these negative reviews and really try do something??

I will never understand this post office. They could truly care less about the businesses. We had a great girl bringing our mail every day. Last week, some guy bid on the route and since Thursday we have not had one stitch of mail. Really? This is just getting old. They raise the price of postage and quit the servicing to the community. This station is a laughing joke. WHY BID ON THE ROUTE IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF DELIVERYING THE DARN MAIL??????

One mail delivery in the past seven days--totally unacceptable--hire more route people and get rid of the current postmaster general. He not only cut the budget, but people, machines, mailboxes, distribution center equipment, and transportation. On top of that he wants to cut more overtime and make the post office a joke for our country.

From Saturday, February 22, I saw no postman. I await urgent shipments. The mail does not systematically deliver correspondence at all. I live at 4722 N Olcott Harwood Heights. Will anyone be interested in this problem?

I am complaining about my mail service delivery, not coming til 6 or 7 pm?? I reside at 4748 N. Olcott Ave, Harwood Hts, Ill 60706 . Apt 1B, This is ridiculous, important mail I need to recieve b4 5 pm, so I can get to currency exchange on bus! I am handicapped. My whole building is complaining, please be aware of this @ do fix this issue.

I live at 4655 n Cumberland Ave #204. It is a condominium. My mail is clearly not being delivered everyday or it’s being delivered way after it was postmarked. We have not had a regular postal carrier for sometime. There are some days we don’t even get any mail. It is not right that mail is held or not delivered daily.

I use the drive-through mail boxes...and over the last couple years - my gift cards, money and lottery tickets have been stolen out of the card...the card will make it to the sender - ripped open and the cards, money, tickets - gone. Again, yesterday, was mailing a birthday card with a gift card from McDonalds - she got the card and here's the really nice part - the $20 gift receipt was still in the card - but the gift card stolen. I just seems ironic it always happens from this Post Office's mail box. Just plain thievery! Shameful.

Their phone number has been disconnected and I cannot locate their number anywhere! If a company changes their phone number, its obviously important to change it on their websites asap. Called other locations to see if they have the new number and nothing.
