I am a resident of Granville Illinois and I simply cannot understand why we, who have to go to the post office to receive our mail, have to pay a yearly box fee (which always goes up in price, and the people who are lucky enough to get the mail delivered directly to their home pay nothing. As a senior citizen, my husband and I know that someday in the near future, there will come a time when it will be difficult to go to the Post Office. It's absolutely crazy when they deliver right across the street from us. We were told to put our own mailbox in our neighbors yard. We don't want to do that because, number 1 our neighbor would have to be trimming around our box and , number 2, our street is "humped" in the center making it dangerous to cross on foot on the winter ice. If our garbage company can deliver on both sides of the street, why can't the post office. We're not expecting it be delivered to our door, just to our yard. As prices increase on everything, services just get worse and worse! Soon we will be paying more for stamps AGAIN with poorer and poorer service.

I tried to call my Post Office about lost mail! All I got was something that sounded like a fax machine! I called a toll free Num for USPO and got told 10-12 is a holiday! Not sure what holiday it is! Or if any at all! Need to know what happened to my missing mail that’s been missing 3wks. Than I have to almost get a letter from Trump to even send this for Christ Sake! Geesh! All I want is to know if they held my mail!
