I sent a package on April 14th from the Geneva Post Office, 2nd day priority mail. I have tried to find where my package is since the last scan was at Geneva. I have made phone calls and emails and as of today, April 22nd I have no answers.


The postal service I received today is absolutely horrible. I am told that all Geneva mail is delivered by St. Charles. I have a complaint because I did not receive a pension check. I am told there is nothing that can be done. This is the worst service in the world. When I attempt to send an email to the email address indicated on your website, I receive a delivery failure. I am taking this all the way up the ranks and will not stop until I receive help. Thank you, Carla Durrant 630-290-5914
