9374889737020932660281 Latest Update Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 11:34 am on June 14, 2023 in GENESEO, IL 61254. ENVELOPE WAS EMPTY! Why would the delivery person deliver an empty envelope? I tried to submit to usps.com but after filling in all the blanks I got back a message: "There was a problem submitting your Service Request. Please try again later."

Our rural mail carrier refuses to deliver any parcels or certified mail. We have to go to the Cambridge post office to pick up. Very inconvenient! All because she is too lazy to get out of her Jeep!!! Time to retire or get a desk job!!!!

I live .5 tenths of a mile away from my mailbox and they say they won't deliver any packages so we sent in a letter requesting to leave our packages at the mailbox so we don't have to drive 10 miles in town and they still continue to leave notice. Thank goodness I could change my shipping method on Amazon because I get FedEx and UPS to come to my house. I don't care what time of day they arrive as long as I can receive my orders.

They have jurisdiction over the surrounding small towns too; In Cambridge, I can't get my mail at all! The mail carrier refuses to go up steps to box on wall to deliver... Although he will deliver to the neighbors (same steps, box, all of it) as we have witnessed, and decided to video him at different times. I was first told this is because I am new and only just moved in a few weeks ago, and the carrier man said now the box had to be moved...? What??? So we go to CambrIdge post office learn more, and they had a pile of our mail! I complained, Spoke to this "Brandon" (twice) to no avail... No I'm trying for postmasters.

Today is the perfect example as to why this USPO is the WORST in the area! At 12:10 PM ONE window open with 14 customers in line, everyone with a box to ship! This is sadly a common occurrence with this post office. The Post Master should either get off His or Her duff and help out or be fired. There is zero excuse for this ONGOING issue!

Since we got a new carrier, over a year ago now, our mail is later and later everyday. I realized at first it would take a while to adjust to the route but we use to have our mail by 12:30, 1:00 at the latest and now it is anytime later usually closer to 3:00 or 4:00. Called the office and all you get is "the drivers are very busy". I am sure our previous carrier was very busy, too but the mail was almost always on time. Not sure of his name but he drives the white jeep, and took over Rhonda's route. Sure would be nice to have our mail on time again.

My grandson goes to Western Illinois University. I've mailed him twice and neither time did he get my
card. First time I had actual money in it...I know how stupid... but I thought postal workers took an oath...
second time last Tuesday I sent him a card with a check in it as did his mom and he still hasn't recieved them. My two granddaughters in Bloomington, Illinois got their cards Saturday... Not Western Ill. I have talked to Macomb post office and they looked all over and talked to the carrier. I called Geneseo Post office Friday and asked
about it and all I got was " well I dont know what to tell ya!" Guess it was to much trouble to look around or ASK our carrier. Diane is great but the guy in the White jeep is terrible. Needless to say, we have nothing good to say about our post office. I thought it was against the law to mess with our mail???
