My mail service has a lot of problems right now.its the worst in 14 years and I'm getting frustrated.

I am LIVID!!! I have been waiting for a package for weeks. The mail guy walked up to my door and lightly knocked! The only reason i know this is because I HAVE A FREAKING RING DOORBELL!! He didn't even bother ringing the bell!! He looked right at the camera too! This person should either be retrained or but on the desk if he can't do his job! Now I have to wait to get my medical items!!

Absolutely furious. I had an EMPTY OPEN BOX placed in my mailbox. My product was stolen and all i received was an empty open box.

Twice now, postal lady here in Creve Coeur has refused to deliver a package. She puts on there "delivery attempt failed" "hold at post office per customer request". How is it possible that they attempted to delivery at a business that opens at 6am and closes at 8pm on a Saturday and also how could it be a my request to have it held at the post office if she never talked to me or any of my associates. She needs to not be lazy and do her job. I have had customers come in and asked them about this issue and the majority of them said that they have had to call and make complaints for the same reason.

I sent a letter to BMO HARRIS BANK , P.O. BOX 6201 , CAROL STREAM IL 60197-6201 on March 01, 2021. Here it is on March 10, 2021 and the bank has not received it yet. Is there a hold up at the post office where mail isn't being delivered? My phone number is 309-840-2022.

I've not received any mail in my post box for two weeks and cannot receive a phone call about it. I have left my number and the situation with two different employees.. No one has contacted me and I have no mail everyday I go down there to check my box at the East Peoria post office.!!

My Amazon Prime package because it was too big to go into the mailbox was placed beside my mailbox in the grass next to the street. This also happens to be the same place the garbage man takes my garbage. I am not sure what happened, but the mail carrier has changed and needs a little knowledge transfer that packages like this need to be placed on the porch. I had no issues until today. Please correct this as it is not a good practice to place expensive packages in the grass next to the road up against the mailbox post

Wish they had a mail box outside

The staff is incredibly friendly however I wish that the building had an automatic door ability. It is very hard to get my twins in with the double stroller.
