I am having packages that are not reaching me. Tracking from companies are stating delivery dates but I am not receiving the items!

My neighbors get more of my mail then I do Saturday he delivered it all to my neighbor he was out of town but was nice to bring it over Sunday night. I have had to reorder checks and concert tickets. The mail box door is continuously left open in the rain. I have talked to the mailman but it is still happening.

I have a postman that gets out of truck comes to house & throws my packages on to porch doesn't even knock on door, after the 4th different time delivering my package by throwing package on porch I complained at post office about this, today he did the same I'm tired of this guy throwing my packages.... I'll go complain again.... next time I'm calling the police!
