I Love this P O. The employees are courteous and professional. They have patience with you and try to help you get what you need done. The person at the window always says good morning etc.Is always polite.

I want to say thank you and I appreciate the service I receive from postal workers there. Before Covid-19 I would go to the post office to drop off packages, the young lady at the window was always courteous and businesslike. I am so happy with my Mail Carrier also, she is prompt, courteous, she goes out of her way to secure your packages she’s friendly and very professional. I know most times people have nothing but complaints but I can truly say these ladies are doing their jobs and doing them well especially in the times we are in. Thank you all.

We have a wonderful carrier, but when he's off or on vacation the substitutes are horrible! Yesterday I received a package. I receive packages regularly, instead of leaving a notice or leaving the package on the stairs, they buried the package in the wet bushes. It rained yesterday. I didn't know I had a package until about 2:30 this morning when I tracked the package to check when it would be out for delivery. Imagine my surprise when my son had to go bushes diving. While I appreciate them not wanting my package stolen, I'd prefer a notification so I can make arrangements. I pray our regular carrier is back on the route soon. We never have any issues when he's out. I know his schedule and I can hear him from my neighbor's porch so I'm able to get to the door.

My mail carrier is from the Milton Brunson location and my neighbors and I get the wrong mail on a regular basis. We have a new mail carrier who won't put mail in the mail box/slot. I find mail in the grass, yard, steps, soaking wet. She's too lazy to put mail in the proper place. If we complain she might put mail in the trash. We fought to keep Milton Brunson open. Now we don't care if it's closed down since the mail carriers don't care if we get our mail. Customer service is horrible. The entire staff especially the mail delivery staff should be replaced with people who have pride in doing what they are paid to do.

THIS POST OFFICE IS EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. RUDE STAFF WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. JUST BECAUSE YOU WORK IN A PRODOMINENTLY BLACK COMMUNITY/AREA DOES NOT MEAN TO NOT GIVING GREAT SERVICE TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTS, FACE TO FACE OR OVER THE PHONE. I SAY FIRE ALL THE STAFF, INCLUDING THE MANAGEMENT, REPLACE THEM WITH NEW AND BETTER PERSONNEL.

THIS MUST BE THE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE NATION! LAZY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! UNORGANIZED. NON-CHALANT. -DON'T CLOSE IT, JUST REPLACE THE ENTIRE STAFF, WITH THOSE WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT DOING THEIR JOB, AND PROVIDING A GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! -IF THAT DOESN'T GET THE JOB DONE...SIMPLY CLOSE IT. THE PEOPLE OF THIS COMMUNITY DESERVE BETTER!

I lost the key to my p.o box and the lady that makes the keys is never there. I would like a key, I don't know what to do to get one and I have to pay $30.00 for the key and it's been about 6 months waiting. And the P.O box is 75.00 for 6 months .in 2017 it was L ike $30.00 or less . I that's comes to $150.00 a year for the smaller box.what a rip off.
