Service is terrible. No accountability. Spoke with Pam, Pete and Mike asking that postmaster Evelyn call me to discuss, apparently she is too "busy". All i want is for mail to my address be delivered.

The mail man here, older man with white hair and glasses, lies about attempt deliveries and only gives me my mail once a week. This guy collects all my bills and one day out of the week he gives them to me. I don't get any clipper coupons or ad papers whatsoever. Guy is a piece of work.

Our priority package ships each week on Wednesday. We have not received package to date. Also, it is "Priority" mail. Why does it take 3-6 days for delivery.? We pay good money for this service and it is bad this year. We should receive package Friday or no later than Saturday. This is a joke, More like Mondays and this week, NOTHING>

I just found out they've been delivering Time sensitive mail to my canceled long ago po box. I have missed court dates...I have lost my # in line for very important matters..I have lost insurance . I just had surgery and have another one next month.which aren't covered now. I have been treated like a loser by certain agencies who have said...We sent you a letter, I don't know what to tell you. The only reason I found all this out was because the other day I went in with 2 pieces of mail that were not forwarded from previous address & I asked if there's a date they stop using that yellow forward sticker..clerk said, hang on a minute, I recall your po box.I said what, oh, I canceled and returned keys months ago , what about it. he came back with a giant bag full of my mail.

I'm wondering why my package was re-routed to Des Moines, while it was in route to my house in Cary, IL. The tracking slip said it was 'in route at 4:39 (about right for my mail man) and then suddenly it was set up to be re-routed and started a trek to Des Moines, where it is today...2 days before Christmas...guess no gift for me. It seems like the mailperson sent my gift some where else.

Cary post office employee Mike at first station is so pleasant and helpful He stayed past his break time to help me finish up packaging and mail. He's always kind and patient unlike some of your other people. Thank you Mike. Keep up the good work.

What is the mail man doing it's 6:40 pm and no mail this is happing all the time why. Would you like your mail this late at night.

I see the mail came 7:25pm. What is going on with this post office and how it's ran

Can you tell me why the mail is so late today at 7:00 pm . I've never seen mail so bad and you just don't care. This is a Gov. Place and you would think the post office could do a better job

Again we get are mail from 5:15 - 6:30 and this happens every day. Do I have to protest and get names so the mail come before four a clock. I had a letter from Chicago that took four days

Mail is late ( 6:15 Monday ) it's late a lot . Can't they start at are street
