السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، اتصل بكم في موضوع الرساله رقم RJ010516346EG لم اتوصل بعد بهذا الظرف رغم انه وصل إلى بلجيكا في 5/10. اتصلت بالبريد البلجيكي، فاكدوا لي بأن الرسالة محجوزة في الجمارك. اطلب منكم اذا فتح ملف للطلب من الجمارك البلجيكية لتحرير المحجوز. في انتظار جوابكم ، اتمنى لكم الخير.

I wish they would bring Cathy Warren back, this new guy(Carlos?) has been here for awhile now and has made it hell trying to get my mail. I usually just come in and ask for my P.O. Box, I’ve had the same P.O. Box for 7 years and for the first time I was asked for my ID and after looking at my ID he didn’t even check the P.O. list so it was like he was just doing it to make me go out to my car for no reason because he’s never asked for it before. He’s also been scribbling on our mail because some legal mail won’t put a P.O. Box on it they want to send to physical address. He’s also tried arguing with me blaming me for them not putting a P.O. Box on it taunting me with my own mail.

Hi. my things are stuck in Cairo, which it's not my address at all and am not from Egypt, i understand that things should pass by cairo to check but it has been 12days already since they reach cairo and i mean am going to leave very soon and theyre saying I can't receive my stuff now What should I do about it!?
