I just wanted to express my gratitude to "Kim" at the Bridgeport, Illinois post office. I had tried getting help in Lawrenceville a couple times and the woman at the counter was not able to help me, I'm thinking by choice, but she was also very rude. Kim on the other hand took the time to explain to me exactly what I needed to do. The simplicity of it all made me wonder why the woman at Lawrencevile acted in the manner she did. I'm thinking she has forgotten she serves the public. Or should. In short, Kim will be my go to person. Five Stars for Kim, unless there is a 10 star rating and then she gets a 10!
