Postal Locations

My heart goes out to the postal worker who was robbed in Berwyn on Wednesday, August 2, 2023. The robbery was only two blocks where I live, and I'm not certain if the postal worker who robbed is the same one that delivers my mail. Either way, Berwyn postal carriers are all good people, friendly and efficient. I hope they find the people who did this and they get the full justice that they deserve.

Kudos to the Berwyn Postal service. I mistakenly left a number off the house address for a card I was sending. 242 instead of 2242 for example. When I realized my error after posting it, I figured it would come back to me. I was delighted when my friend said the card was delivered to her. Not often that happens anywhere.

Just checked our mail receipt. One envelope was ours. Also found a 6-piece bundle of mail for a person in another part of Stickney. Not the first time. Also, tried to report this to the Berwyn Post Office at 708-484-5392. Got a lot of voice prompt, and an invitation to "hold". No one answered and I was disconnected. Postal service has truly decayed.

Living in Berwyn for 30 years, this is the worst service to-date..We used to get several letters a day, but now it's 1-2 every other day.

I am tired of not receiving my People Magazine. I have called Berwyn Postoffice & now it rings & then then disconnect the call, They won't pick up the phone & I know they are there. I called People office & they said it has been sent out. What can I do? When I do get the magazine, I noticed it has been used because the pages are dirty.

i have tried tracking a package that was to be delivered on may 5 i found out my package was left with an individual i don't know i have tried to call the post office but the phone just rings and no one answersi am dis abled so i am always at home i ordered a rug from wish i never got i want to sue berwyn post office for theft i know my post man he always rings my bell

It is not beyond imagination that they are somewhere in the Berwyn Post Office. Furthermore, the streets have been clear, so weather is no longer the excuse. This morning  (@11:45) I tried phoning the main Berwyn PO number and was put on hold  -- THREE TIMES -- and then the call was dropped. I do have the 877-876-2455 number, but certainly this is not mail fraud unless the mail has been hi-jacked between Cermak Rd and Grove Street. Since our former carrier's route was changed the building mail has arrived between 2:30 and 6 PM whereas we used to have morning delivery. I understand that the mail carrier has a different route schedule, but I DO NOT understand why we have not been receiving mail over this last weekend. Yesterday evening around 6 PM a USPO mail truck did deliver packages. Please look into this matter. This thing started happening 9 months ago our mail started coming a bit late like at 6:00pm or 7:00pm and then one day we didn’t got mail but the next day we got it form 2 days so I was like it’s fine if he does that just comes every other day and then it was even 2 days and then every 3 days and I was fine with that they must be really busy but now the last time I got mail was last Thursday the 11th and it is Saturday the 20th and nothing it’s been 6 working days for the usps and still nothing I was okay with one or two days but this is unacceptable I did call and all I got was we hope to reach you by today guess they couldn’t so 6 days and counting.......

I am so tired of mail carriers leaving my mailbox open! I don't go downstairs every day. When I did Friday (October 23) all the mail inside was wet, indicating it had been open on Thursday. It was open again Sunday morning when I checked for Saturday's mail. They also left a package on the ground instead of placing it between the doors which resulted in it being ruined!

Got a message from eBay saying 2 packages were delivered on oct 3 at 403pm I have ring door bell saw the carrier scan some package but never recorded her putting it down and only scanning 1 package not two my mailbox is not big enough for packages so where did she put them my ring bell records everything and no packages left behind all my neighbors have ring bell also checked with them no video of packages being left by me so where the hell are they and no one is recorded stealing them either our postal service sucks and there’s probably nothing I can do about it

You are the worse post office in the world. I have never received my copy of People magazine on time (every friday). I am ready to call Washington DC to report you. My magazine is on the floor in your warehouse & you are too lazy to pick it up & deliver it on time. You just don't care. You are too lazy to care. Live with yourself and look into the mirror.

3300 block of highland- no mail pick up or delivery. I have letters still sitting on top of mail box for pick up at is is now 715pm. This seems to happen more often than not, what is going on with the mail service here in Berwyn?

I’ve been waiting all day on my packages. It's been held up at the local USPS office for days. It said it was out for delivery at 7:10pm, to be delivered by 7:00pm. Then I checked again, and now it says, No access to delivery location. THIS IS BS!!!!! It said it was 7:44pm, on my laptop looking on the site at 7:44pm. STOP LYING! Of course no one will be held accountable, there will be no follow up email with an apology.

I’ve been waiting all day on my packages. I was home, my neighbors were home. This is an ongoing issue of false attempted delivery when we are glued and waiting. No one even dropped off regular mail. There was NO notice of missed mail, but Amazon email only. Obviously, how could they leave a notice if they never came by at all! This happens too often And we even had tampered with and open mail arrive.

So the postman keeps walking all over the grass. I had asked several times to please stay off the grass. She/he did it again today. So I called the post office to complain about it. They where VERY RUDE & told me I had to file a complaint with the postmaster general. So in he mean time this means nothing will get done about it. So I WILL be talking to my alderman in the 3800 block of Kenilworth. People just don't give a shit about other peoples property!!!! If nothing gets done about this I will be talking to the Berwyn Police Department about this. We spend a lot of money on our lawn care to have some ignorant lazy mail person walk all over the grass. Who is going to take care of that. NOT THE PERSON WHO"S STEPPING ALL OVER MY PROPERTY!!!!!

There was no mail delivery on Friday, December 14 on the entire block of 2100 Cli ton in Berwyn, Illinous

On Elmwood and 25th we have had alot of problems with lost mail. Even when they have tracking numbers they say out for delivery but never make it someone needs to investigate this.

I'm waiting for my package I never received today I call to the post office and I was on hold one hour they don't leave nothing not number to pick up on the post office and I expect that package today my email said is out to delivery so where is my package, I'm buy that always I this never happens so I want my package r my r my money this a product they are expensive. And the mailman leave a letter is not my to.

Here we are into the new year. It's Friday evening, 1-20-17 at 5pm and it's now been two days with no postal service on Elmwood and Gunderson Ave. Calling them on the phone they're saying one of their carriers has been sick all week. What, no backup people in case other workers get sick.

All mail delivered to wrong address.

We haven't received mail on Saturdays for about a month.

The Berwyn post office is a joke, well more so the mail carrier specifically that I have!! He only comes once a week. I have made it a point (since I was on maternity leave and had free time) he only comes between 730-830 pm IF at all. He was extremely rude and didn't seem at all concerned that he took his sweet time delivering mail.

I ship a package on 06/06/15 to Az. but lost my tracking number is there anyway to get my tracking number? The receiver stated he did not received it was ship priority.
