My regular mail carrier is just great. However, when a substitute does the mail, they cut through my yard to the house next door. With the melting snow, they have made an awful muddy track down the slope from my yard to the one next door. I don't know how to stop it - I did tie some string back and forth between the bushes but I don't know if that will work. Very annoying

there's 7 houses on my street west 7th st. And now today jan28 is the 7th time that I got on camera the mail man just drives on don't deliver no mail. This is not right at all sry if they don't like the hill but people have important stuff that comes in the mail. U can't tell me 7 houses no one has a single piece of mail. This will be addressed one way of another.

I have complained 4 times about a carrier that will not stay out of a mulch bed. I have talked to him and contacted the post office in alton,il and was assured they would take care of it. Turns out all I was getting was smoke. They never lifted a finger to solve this problem so my carrier continues to crush my plants. Some in the $50.00 range being destroyed and crushing the roots. No wonder they are going broke.
