I signed up for the USPS Informed Delivery items are on there but not delivered until the next day, today 01/12/2024 I didn’t get one at all. Packages are laid in the wet instead by the mailbox where it’s dryer, better yet ring the doorbell to let customer know about it. I want my old mailman back. Someone who cares. Then I had a return to sender item in my box for two days now. It was never taken and I’m sure the carrier didn’t even bother to check as to what to do with it! Why is it our mail has been coming at seven pm? What happened to the five pm time. If these new carriers don’t want to do their job right, then they’re in the wrong profession. This is really getting bad, no wonder people turn to other resources!

The post office is just a joke anymore. I mailed a card to my granddaughter in Boise on Friday and she still hadn't received it as of Wednesday. I had to stop payment on my check which cost $30 all caused by the incompetentance of the wonderful postal service

So for the fourth time this year I have received a "package delivered" notification when the package is not delivered. Getting sick of it do something about your drivers
