They don't come any ruder or uncaring then the female rep at Spirit Lake Post office -- hardly ever answer their phone and when they do they are rude and refuse to help you!! No wonder they have such a low rating every where. They say when you get on with the Postal Service don't have to worry about ever being fired ... and their nasty rude attitude bears that out... how sad for Americans

Just tried to have my mail put on hold for 3 weeks,and was told they will not do that. Like what!!!

Coeurdalene Post Office sucks. They answer their phone and hang up so
they dont have to take a call. Typical lazy civil servants!
