We have had our mail held with no warning for a week and after having our neighbor plow down the snow by our box yesterday we received a note that says the deliveries are still being held because the driver can't reach our box. Look, we have replaced the box, moved it closer to the road, dug the snow out, you name it. If the delivery driver can reach my box to place a note that says our box is still not accessible, then our box was accessible obviously enough to leave a note. I want my mail or I am going to involve a lawyer.
I think it’s a joke when your mail is not delivered because you have a very lazy ass mailman. This is not the first time I have heard of his failing to deliver the mail cause our mail box is not on the street and he can’t drive to. I also find it very un professional to “hold” my packages and put “at customers request” when I never asked to do that. Why in the world would I ask you to hold my package? I would also like to see the proof of “at my request” by far the most unprofessional post office in the United States.
Our mail woman will not get out of her truck to put mail in the mail boxes. If a car is remotely close to the mail boxes, she won't deliver the mail. It's been over a week since she's delivered at our address. I don't know her name but I'd like her spoken to and told that she needs to deliver the mail no matter what. The address is 217 S. 5th W. In Rigby, ID. They are apartments.
