my postal delivery person crammed my COVID-19 tests into our small condo neighborhood mailslot such that I am unable to remove them after the panel was closed!! What happened to pride and professionalism in the workplace?

Hello, my address is 3015 Shelly place Pocatello 83201. My mail carrier is the most pleasant, hard-working guy. I've recently moved from Georgia so my clearing of snow has much to be desired. I wanted to let my mail carrier know how much I appreciate his effort in getting to my mailbox. I know it is very frustrating and time consuming for him. I would like his management team to know 'my' mail carrier is an outstanding asset to the US POSTAL SERVICE. Is it possible to provide his name so I can put his name on a note of gratitude . Thank you very much. Kindest regards, Julie Baker

I have made it easy for carriers to know when I have outgoing mail by affixing a lavender satin ribbon to my mailbox reading OUTGO. I flip it out when I have outgoing mail, and not when I do not. Despite this, On Mondays it seems the carrier NEVER picks up my outgoing mail. Why is this? Weekend backlog? Also, it says HOLMQUIST ONLY on my mailbox, yet carriers continue to deliver mail with other surnames on them, people who DO NOT LIVE at my address. Can't they make a note of it? There is only one me, the only occupant and OWNER. Really annoying when I cannot get the service I desire. Likewise, office refused to STOP delivering annoying sales catalogs. It is getting out of hand how much I have to toss every week in my recycling bin. Whatever happened to GOOD service?

I put 4 cards in our mailbox with $10 to cover stamps on cards . The mailman took my cards and money and didn’t leave any change . Well guess what my cards came back and said No Postage . So I Decided to call the post office on Clark street and was put on hold for an hour and when it was 12 minutes after 5:00 it just simply disconnected. Guess what I will be coming to the post office in person and I’m not a happy camper . 12/30/2020 .
