My elderly grandparents do not get mail delivered to them at all. There is no option for a mailbox. They are required to pay $70-ish for a PO Box 5 blocks away that they cant walk to in the snow, and its very hard for them to get into their car. They are not 2 blocks from downtown, but "on the wrong side of the tracks." They have lived in this town and paid their property taxes for over 50 years. Are they not entitled to a mailbox? Even a cruddy mail carrier is better than none at all.

The post office here in Parma sucks I don’t get my mail half of the time plus I have the informed delivery app that tells when my mail is going be here another thing is that I’m also getting other people’s mail and I have told the post master this and all they can say is sorry we have sub or we some one in training and there’s nothing they can do about, I’m so tired of the Parma post office here

Until the pandemic, we had a fantastic mail carrier. You could set your watch by her. The guy who is delivering now is not very reliable. I found shipping from another location more pleasant, so I go there. Sure would be nice to get my mail on the same day Informed Delivery says it’s coming.

these guys at the Parma post office or horrible I have continually ask them to set any packages just over my fence because I continually had to chase it down if the gate was closed so I told him he just said it over the fence and now as opposed to just sent it over the fence they said it right up on top of the fence post so somebody could steal it we continually get the wrong mail and mail messages well I went to the postmaster personally and the mail carrier personally to ask them to do these things and we get ignored this is the worst Federal building I have ever been to as far as getting things done that are asked their lazy and inconsiderate

I agree I think they are horrible at doing their jobs every one of them because for the last two-and-a-half years that I've lived here every week if not two three times a week I get somebody else's mail or my mail goes to somebody else and half the time we don't get our packages so I have had to do claims on a lot of my stuff that I get sent here because I'm not getting my packages because of them even though it says it was delivered to the post office because they say they can't find it they don't know what happened to it. They seriously need to find actual workers that will do their job and pay attention to what they're doing

Something is going on thats not good. They havent admitted that something is wrong. We had a paycheck mailed out on Monday its now Thursday. We are in trouble because its taking at least 5 days to get it. I think there is something wrong.

I sent a very important Christmas present to my boyfriend and when it got to him the present was gone but the envolope was ripped at the top left hand corner but the note was still inside. I would really appreciate if you guys found it. It was on its way to Jerome Idaho and the present was a black ring with Harleyquinn carved into it with the letters colored red. Please and thank you.
