Shelly does an amazing job in Naples. With that little room she has I don't know how she does it. She sure had Christmas packages in order and she got them out with her hard work. I seen how full that room was. She does need more space for her work area. It looked like a major hazard zone. I just wanted to give a good review for her. She is always friendly and respectful and knows our box numbers by heart just like an old fashion small town would.
