Waiting in long lines only to be sent to the yet other post office to wait in another long line to pick up my mail that the postman stopped delivering and picking up important mail I set out for him. Have lived in my house for 60 years and never had an issue with my mail before. Why now? Nothing has changed! At 80 years I have made sure to shovel the special pathway between my neighbor's house and mine that only the mailman uses. My mailbox is built into the front door. In extreme cold I have to plug it and set out a portable mailbox to save on my heat bill. Please I am waiting for important tax papers and to hear from my family. He walked by without delivering my mail again today. What else can I do to get my mail again???

My husband and I scheduled an appointment for passports 05/06/2022 at 8:45am. We arrived just before 8:30 as instructed and waited for the office doors to open which they didn't until 8:05am. At that point we were informed that the person who takes care of passports is on vacation. I don't mind them going on vacation, what I mind is making an appointment, keeping my part of it, which caused both my husband and myself to be late for work, and then being told, oh well try again. VERY. VERY. Unprofessional. We were not the only group in line for passports, with an appointment, you have to have an appointment! I know the post office could care less, but step it up and stop wasting peoples time. If you're allowing the public to schedule appointments for something they need, at least have the curtesy to send out an email to let them know the appointment is canceled, or blocked out the days so they can't be scheduled in the first place. Thanks for wasting our time, and the time of everyone else who will show up for their appointment to discover, whoops oh too bad you'll have to make another one and hope for the best...if you don't want the public to be annoyed every time we have to utilize the Post Office, step it up! Common curtesy! The Idaho Falls Post office is the worst!

There is a severely mentally ill individual that has been working in the Idaho Falls USPS location on 4th street the past few years. Whoever they are is somebody that knew me in high school and attended Idaho Falls High School with me in the early 1990’s. They are guilty of federal crimes in relation to my mail. They have crossed my name out and put my first name on my mail instead of my middle name that the letter was sent to. They have returned much of my mail that I had to have delivered at other locations. They have had junk mail sent in the name of one of my girlfriends in high school. This individual will be in their mid to late 40’s and would have attended Idaho Falls High school. They are exceedingly deranged but may fit in and be hiding their illness well. If anybody you know that fit this description be wary of them as they have a serious derangement of heart and mind. They are sociopaths and close to a state of psychopathy. Watch them as they have no conscience and are not fearful of committing federal felonies and misdemeanors.

I'm not here to tell you how to handle crimes committed to you, or whatever this person may or may not have done, but you have no excuse to be bigoted toward mentally ill people. The things you say here show a lack of understanding as you reinforce stigma that only causes people more suffering. More often than not, mentally ill people are just regular people like you and me who undergo a lot of pain. Not only because of their conditions affecting their daily lives, but also because of said conditions being widely stigmatized and misunderstood as dangerous or evil. I'm not saying this man, or all mentally ill people are angels. No group of people is. What I'm saying is that even if this man is, in fact, mentally ill, it isn't relevant. it is insensitive to claim otherwise Please be more careful. Take care

ABOUT 10:30 a.m. I started to check the delivery schedule today ACCORDING to the delivery log, my package was delivered to my porch step at 11:04 a.m. this morning. It wasn"t there. I waited for my regular mailman as of nine oclock this evening he hasn't come by. (I sent an e-mail to the company who shipped it and it must of been closed too, as I have heard nothing. I live at 1481 S Woodruff Ave. Can you assist me with this matter ? 208-244-1914.

Why are these mail people required to work till 7/8 o’clock at night to deliver the mail each day? It’s freezing cold outside and snowing and these poor deliverers come Trudging down the street! Do you need to hire more mail deliverers?? Looks like cruel and usual punishment to me!

Please explain why a postal carrier is not obligate to pick up post when delivering mail to a mailbox? Twice in the last three days mail was left but mail was not picked up. Not what I would call stellar service.

I had mailed my taxes in a neighborhood mailbox two days ago. A very kind neighbor just delivered my State Tax envelope to me. Said he found it in the street gutter by his house. I should be able to trust that the items that I mail will arrive safely not end up in a gutter
