Cindy is extremely rude and not the least bit helpful. Should not be allowed to interact with customers multiple incidence in which she has been short with me and other family members Wilton is a small community and we are used to a friendly hometown atmosphere. She should improve customer friendly skills or consider a job in which she doesn't have to talk to people I realize the Christmas season is hectic for postal employees but seriously would it hurt her to smile or at least mean it when she asks if she can help you .
