Getting your mail is like winning the lottery, you have about a 1: 1,000,000,000 chance of getting it. Tracking says out for delivery and yet nothing gets delivered. Try and contact someone has about the same response (nothing) and try to leave a message good luck with that because it is either full or not available. Taking pride in your work doesn't seem to be taught to the newer postal workers!!

I had brought a box in on Saturday to ship out and had asked the lady at the front desk if the prepaid box would be free to ship out and she had said yes. Come to find out when it was delivered the person who it was delivered to was asked to pay $12 in shipping. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE SHIPPING and when someone on your team verifies that it would be, I expect to not have any surprises. The $12 shipping was more than the actual package costs. I think this is ridiculous and would like to have this "fee" waived because there is no reason this should have happened. If it was going to cost additional, I would have sent it in something else.
