My daughter went to the underwood post office yesterday at 8am and the doors were locked. She open our post box and asked if they can open the door. The lady did after a few minutes. The lady asked my daughter what she needed and my daughter handed her the yellow slip saying we had a big item. The lady rolled her eyes and asked what box. My daughter told her and she got the item. She was rudeto my daughtet and made my daughter late for school. The hours of the postoffice said they open at 7:30 and wasn't open at 8. This is not the 1st time this happened. This makes it hard to get our bigger items. We will no longer order big items to be sent to this post office. Which is not ideal for us at all. We are not happy with how this post office is ran. Wish we can just have a mail nox at our house so we don't have to deal with this again.
