numerous times, I have put outgoing mail out at 8am., with the flag up. I get the incoming mail at noon or 1:00, and my outgoing mail is still in the box, with the flag put back down. do they not know what the flag up means? getting tired of taking my mail to town everyday.

I called the Tama post office to see if they had my package that was transferred to them. Sandy answered the phone and I asked her my question. I could tell my her voice this was a burden of a request for me to come pick up the package later that day after they had sorted it instead of waiting for it to be delivered the next day. I thanked her for pulling it aside for me and the next thing I heard was click. She hung up on me. I guess I didn't understand it was extremely hard for them to set a package aside.
