Postal Locations

we are on a South English rural route and we are not getting our mail delivered to to us like it should be, we don't get it and go to the post office the next morning and its laying in there

I have been having trouble recently receiving mail addressed to me. These are my Bath and Body Coupon booklets and coupon booklets from CJ Banks. My friend has received hers in the mail but mine or missing. I am not sure lost in the mail or destroyed at the South English Post Office. I never had issues with any of the former employees but we have a different lady and she DOES NOT know people. My friend called asking for my PO Box number and she said no such person. My name is on PO Box 95 and i paid for getting a new key. I get mail at that box. If she could not give out information she should have used those terms. It is very frustrating to not receive my mail. I buy stamps there and I have written checks to the Post Office. I'm not happy with the service there.
