Many times we find our mailbox door open and our mail scattered around the yard. I know the wind doesn't blow it open so our mail carrier is just in too much of a hurry and doesn't take the time to close the door completely.

They came to our facility to let us know we had to pick up our own packages. Tried saying no one answered we called and no one knew what we were talking about they came and blocked our front door with our packages so we couldn’t get in to get them no respect at all.

Bought my house over a yr ago and they keep sending old tenants mail and returning our mail to sender even though I've let them know multiple times and so has the school worst post office and most unorganized I have ever seen
