I’ve never been more disappointed with my mail service in my life we have no permanent carrier I have packages that will say out for delivery that day that never come that day, I watched my house get skipped and when I asked where’s mine he blatantly ignored me. I would like to receive my mail before 5:30 or later can’t even get mail during business hours and then I’m receiving mail that isn’t mine and my neighbors have to exchange with me. Please get some kind of consistancey since you raise prices of everything and give terrible service I live in mason city Iowa 50401 and this is rediculous

I had two packages that were to arrive today. I received notification that the mailbox was full thus were not left. These items are too large to fit in a mailbox. Please reach out to me and let me know how. I do not understand why they were not brought to my door like all other packages that did not fit in my mailbox. Please let me know.

A present I sent to Chris VanDeventer at 95 SunnyCircle, Mason City, iowa 50401. They recently moved to Mason City. I sent a Chime and it was supposedly delivered 11/17. Can you help me see if it was indeed delivered and to the correct address? Thank you. Diane, Thanks for contacting us. Here is the tracking for the package and it shows it was delivered to the mailbox on 11/17. Has the recipient checked all around their house in case it was placed somewhere other than the mailbox, checked with other family members in case it was intercepted by one of them and checked with close by neighbors to see if it was misdelivered? If so, please ask them to take this tracking number to the local post office and see if the postmaster can assist in case the package actually wasn't delivered and is sitting somewhere. The tracking is 9405511206207819992534. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. Ticket Number: 122863. Please use this ticket number in any email correspondence with us. Best Regards, Christie

I currently have a PO box with the post office for going on 2 years & running. Usually pretty helpful. No major issues really as of yet other than their jenky pick up boxes for packages too large for my box. Can't ever find which box is which. My boyfriend just walked in & couldn't find 1716. So here I sit without my package. The keys hardly work & you gotta wait for an employee to mess with it when they have time. Would be nice if they had a sort of legend or map showing where each box is. My BIGGEST complaint would be the lack of handicapped accessable doors. I saw an elderly gentleman in a wheelchair struggling to get inside. I helped him but couldn't believe there wasn't a handicapped button. I hope they change that.

I called the post office and spoke to a Dan in to attempt to arrange pick up of a package. My work hours are such that I cant get their during office hours and the package is large enough that it doesnt fit in the lobby boxes. This worker had no interest in helping me find a solution and was only interested in arguing. Told me to go to the window and push the doorbell. Well, no one ever answers that. Ive known that for years but his comment was "They do when Im there." Sooooooo unhelpful. He must be miserable at his job!!! Come on Dan its a people person job!
