I am not here to give a review, I'm here to complain! I live in Arizona and I sent a package to the Wycoff's Well YOU or whom ever did the delivery DID NOT FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!!!!!!! There was nothing on the paper on the front of the package.. I paid 50$ and 50cents to have that package delivered on the 21 of September. Well you all fail. THERE is nothing on the front of that box that said "needs a singnature" Your delivery person did not follow the directions on the paper. They were to leave the package where they always leave them in there garage. You have messed up my delivery. I truly believe you owe me either 1/2 or all of my money back. Had I known you were not going to deliver for 3 days I would have sent the box regular mail. You owe me something. you have caused much pain and frustration. Please let me know what you all deside to do. This delivery was a postal person's responseabilty.
