My business had not received its mail in a couple days. I called and found out the regular carrier was out on medical leave and the wonderful person answering the phone locally went and met the carrier , got our mail and delivered it in person! kudos to Tina!!! This is the epitome of good customer service! Problems happen, what makes the difference is how we fix them. Thank you !

I've been waiting on a Insurance check for hail damage,sat when I checked my mail when I got home I had one thing in my box and it wasn't the check the check was laying in my yard.i was pissed your mail people need to pay more attention when doing there job Instead of being on there phones. And no it wasn't wi dy out.
