My Mother Janice Jefferson mailed a Christmas Card from your office on 12/15/20 The Destination was to Kattia J. Reynolds 405 w Plum St. Apt #31 West Union, Ia. As of today's date 12/22/20 today's date we still haven't received it. There is something in the card that is very important but somehow from Dunkerton to West Union has been totally lost. This Card needs to be retrieved has quickly as possible. We would appreciate your assistance in the location of this card and to insure that it is gotten to Kattia as it was intended. I've never hand complaints against the USPS but am about too now. Again your assistance in this matter would be great appreciated and to insure this card gets to who it is suppose to get to. And that's Kattia J. Reynolds, Christmas is Friday and it would really be nice if she got what she should have already gotten. Thank You Jack Mitchell
